Mike Tastle
Co-Founder & CEO
Mike has spent more than two decades building and leading talent acquisition businesses, recruiting technology operations, and executive search engagements. His experience showed him that companies were repeatedly renting access to the tools, data, and networks they needed to hire.
He co-founded Foundation RPO to change that model. FoundationOS gives consumer companies the infrastructure to run recruiting themselves, while preserving access to specialized expertise for individual roles when needed.
Mike has led hiring initiatives across beauty, personal care, and consumer businesses and understands the operational demands of recruiting across every corporate function.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, he is a proud twin dad who enjoys golf, hiking, cooking, Peloton rides, biohacking, and traveling with his family.
Cicely Tastle
Co-Founder & President
Cicely brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across executive recruiting, organizational design, and modern talent acquisition strategy. She has guided growing companies and leading brands through critical leadership hires while building long-term relationships with executives and hiring teams.
At Foundation RPO, Cicely brings industry expertise into the design of FoundationOS, helping ensure the platform reflects how consumer companies actually identify, evaluate, and hire talent.
Her work combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and a commitment to giving companies a faster, more transparent way to build exceptional teams.
Outside of work, Cicely is a proud twin mom who enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling with her family.
